About

Since 2015, I have worked across graphic design, video editing and motion. Since 2021, I have led Learning & Development at GONSA, connecting visual communication with learning strategy and daily operations.

I lead learning programs and build the systems behind them: training tracking and reporting, compliance learning, training matrices, employee onboarding, surveys and evaluation.

I also develop AI-assisted document and media workflows, OCR/PDF tools and data systems that help teams make complex information easier to understand and use.

I hold an Associate Degree in Information Technology from Cao Thang Technical College, a Graphic Design certificate from the University of Science, VNU-HCM, and a Media & Multimedia certificate from Keyframe Training (2015–2018).

  • Financial Prosperity (Graphic Design, VinaCapital, Jun 2024 — Feb 2025): A financial education video series covering investment and personal finance topics.
  • Learning Systems at GONSA (Learning & Development, GONSA, Feb 2021 — Present): A connected L&D system for training data, reporting and tracking, role-based matrices, employee onboarding and evaluation across ISO 9001:2015, GSP and GDP programs.
  • Learning Communications (Internal Communications, GONSA, Feb 2021 — Present): Training communications and multimedia for GONSA, from learning announcements and presentation content to motion, video and internal campaign assets adapted to different audiences and channels.
  • Document Intelligence & Processing Suite (AI & Automation, GONSA, Current practice): Internal tools for AI-assisted writing and review, high-volume Word/PDF processing and OCR of scanned files. Separate rule-based workflows support HR and JD documents, with human review before final output.
  • Tender Data Intelligence Platform (Data Systems, GONSA, Current practice): An internal platform that collects and organizes public tender data by keyword and sector, tracks new or changed records, and gives users searchable information for review, analysis and reporting.
  • GS Prompt AI Library (AI & Automation, GS Prompt, Current practice): A Vietnamese AI prompt library I designed and built for office teams. Pick a task, add a few lines, and ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini answer like a well-briefed assistant.

Experience

GONSA: Senior L&D Specialist and E-Learning Content Team Leader (Feb 2021 — Present)

  • Developed the competency framework (Core, Optional) and role-based roadmaps.
  • Redesigned and now run onboarding, accelerating new-hire time-to-productivity.
  • Design role-based training matrices, SOPs and standardized learning processes.
  • Build the annual training plan; run and evaluate internal and external programs.
  • Deliver ISO 9001, GSP and GDP training; prepare records for ISO 9001 audits.
  • Digital learning systems. Design and roll out digital learning systems and processes that integrate the LMS, digital content, assessments, learner tracking and reporting; lead the conversion of traditional training materials into scalable learning experiences.
  • AI automation. Build AI systems for LMS, attendance, records and reporting, turning repetitive manual work into smart processes that are easy to expand.
  • L&D dashboards. Build interactive dashboards on progress, completion, participation, effectiveness and core KPIs to support leadership decisions.
  • Build internal software with AI (vibe coding); train employees to use AI in daily work.
  • Lead the content team in turning technical standards into e-learning and video.

Freelance: Freelance Multimedia Designer & E-Learning Content Producer (alongside main job) (Dec 2015 — Present)

  • VinaCapital, “Tài chính thịnh vượng”. Produced a 25-episode financial-education series end to end: 685,000+ YouTube views, about 27,400 per episode.
  • Lý Hải Production, Lật Mặt 7 and 8. Graphic design, visual effects and event media for one of Vietnam’s top-grossing film franchises.
  • Pernod Ricard, Khang Huy Furniture, Creator Media and agencies. Banners, video ads, HTML5 and social video.

Indochine Wellness Company: Multimedia Specialist (Dec 2019 — Apr 2020)

  • Conceptualize graphics and motion content for Technogym, Bio-Synergy, AFA and ShakeSphere social channels.
  • Develop business cards, leaflets, standees and large-format backdrops for marketing campaigns.
  • Review creative assets against brand guidelines and contribute to cross-functional creative development.

AdsPlus.vn: Multimedia Specialist (Apr 2019 — Dec 2019)

  • Translate client briefs and technical requirements into visual solutions with the Creative Team.
  • Produce digital assets, HTML5 display banners, social animations and print materials from concept to final artwork.
  • Provide creative consulting and quality checks, and support design and video production for guru.edu and bepro.vn.

Flix Viet, Fim+ & HDViet: Graphic Designer (Sep 2015 — Aug 2018)

  • Flix Viet (Jun 2016 — Aug 2018): banners, posters, logos and video for Flix TV projects (Samsung); video editing and transcoding.
