Role: Senior L&D Specialist / Workflow Builder
A suite of internal document workflows used for writing support, bulk processing and information extraction. The tools cover AI-assisted text revision, Word/PDF handling and OCR, alongside separate rule-based processes for HR and JD documents.
Challenge
Large sets of Word and PDF files, scanned pages and bilingual documents require both repeatable processing and careful language review. A useful workflow must keep extracted data, generated files and final edits easy for a person to check.
Approach
AI assists with translation, wording and content review. Batch workflows process Word and PDF files against templates and business rules, while OCR reads scanned documents and supports correction of extracted information. HR and JD document generation follows its own rule-based checks; people review the result before it is finalized. Related reporting workflows support L&D operations.
