Role: Workflow and Data Systems Builder
An internal platform for collecting, organizing and reviewing public tender information. It brings records found through repeated searches into one working view, with tools to follow updates and examine relevant opportunities in more detail.
Challenge
Tender notices are spread across search results and change over time. Reviewing them manually makes it harder to distinguish new records from updated ones, find the relevant details and maintain a consistent record for later analysis.
Approach
The system collects and organizes public tender data, tracks new and updated records, and supports filtering, analysis and report export. Its workflow groups information by keywords and sectors, normalizes records for review, and provides search and detail views so users can trace what has changed and continue their own assessment.
