Role: Senior L&D Specialist / Multimedia Designer
A multimedia practice supporting employee learning and internal communications at GONSA. It combines learning content, graphic design, video and motion so the same subject can be communicated clearly in the format each audience needs.
Challenge
Training material often begins as presentations, documents or specialist knowledge. It needs to remain accurate while becoming easier to follow in announcements, lessons, videos and messages shared across the workplace.
Approach
I review presentation and lesson content, shape the key message, and develop the appropriate visual treatment, storyboard, graphics, motion or video. AI can assist with drafting, narration and content review; the final material is edited for its learning purpose, audience and communication channel.
